Every plan includes unlimited campaigns, the join-offer QR code with discount codes, automatic opt-out (STOP), campaign reports and the app in Hindi and English.

"Customers who receive messages": you can save any number of customers. Each campaign goes to your plan's number of customers, starting with those who joined first.

One-time setup fee: ₹1,999 + GST (₹2,358.82), paid once with your first payment. It covers creating your account, connecting your WhatsApp Business number and preparing your join offer and first campaign with you.
How billing works
- You choose a plan in the NavDoot app (Billing) and pay by auto-pay through Razorpay: UPI AutoPay, debit/credit card, or net banking e-mandate. The fee is charged in advance for each month, quarter or year.
- A GST tax invoice from RNR VENTURES (GSTIN 06AOHPC7110C1ZO) is created automatically for every payment and is available in the app.
- Upgrading works at once: you pay only the difference for the days left in your current period, minus a credit for the unused days of your old plan. Your new fee starts on your usual renewal date.
- Moving to a smaller plan or another billing period takes effect when your current paid period ends. Nothing is charged until then.
- Every plan change asks you to approve a new auto-pay once (Razorpay may take a small refundable amount to verify it); your old auto-pay is stopped automatically.
- You can cancel auto-pay at any time in the app (Billing → Cancel auto-pay). Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid; no further charges are made. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- If a payment fails, Razorpay retries it. Sending stays available for 3 days after the paid period ends, then pauses until the payment goes through.
WhatsApp charges by Meta (paid separately)
Meta, which runs WhatsApp, charges per message. These charges are not part of the NavDoot fee: you add your own payment method in your WhatsApp Business account and Meta bills you directly, with its own invoice. Indicative rates for India (Meta's rate card effective 1 October 2026, excluding GST; Meta may change them — see Meta's WhatsApp pricing page for current rates):

From 1 October 2026 Meta also charges utility templates sent within the 24-hour window at the normal utility rate.
Example: one offer sent to 1,000 customers costs about ₹863 + GST in Meta charges. NavDoot shows an estimate before every campaign and a monthly summary of your WhatsApp spend.
