Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how you can cancel a NavDoot plan and when we give refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
1. Cancelling your plan
- You can cancel at any time in the NavDoot app: Billing → Cancel auto-pay. You can also email ops@rikshalogistics.in or call +91 91679 17437 and we will cancel it for you within 1 working day.
- When you cancel, your auto-pay mandate with Razorpay is stopped and no further payments are taken. Your plan stays active until the end of the period (month, quarter or year) you have already paid for.
- You can also cancel the mandate from your UPI app or bank; please tell us as well so your account is updated.
- If a checkout is started but not paid, it is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.
2. Refunds
- Plan fee: the fee for a month, quarter or year that has already started is not refundable, including when you cancel part-way through it.
- Changing plan: when you upgrade, the unused days of your old plan are credited against the upgrade (you pay only the difference). When you move to a smaller plan, the change starts when your paid period ends, so there is nothing to refund.
- Setup fee: ₹1,999 + GST, paid once with the first payment. It is not refundable once we have started setting up your account.
- Duplicate or wrong charges: if you are charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount different from your plan, we refund the extra amount in full.
- If we end the service: if RNR closes your account without a breach of our terms by you, or stops offering NavDoot, we refund the unused days of the period you have paid for.
- Accounts closed for misuse (for example messaging people who have not opted in, or breaking WhatsApp policies) are not refunded.
3. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit. A credit note is issued against the original GST invoice.
4. WhatsApp charges by Meta
Per-message charges for WhatsApp are billed to you directly by Meta, not by RNR. RNR cannot refund them; questions about them go to Meta through your WhatsApp Business account.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email ops@rikshalogistics.in with the subject "NavDoot refund request", your registered mobile number, the invoice number and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.
