Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and RNR VENTURES ("RNR", "we", "us"), GSTIN 06AOHPC7110C1ZO, B054, AIPL The Peaceful Homes, Sector 70A, Gurgaon, Haryana 122101. By using NavDoot you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. A separate written agreement with you, if any, takes priority where it differs.
1. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
- Information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login codes private.
2. The service
NavDoot lets a business ("merchant") send WhatsApp messages about its products and offers to its own customers, from the business's own WhatsApp Business account, through the WhatsApp Business Platform. It also offers join-offer QR codes and discount codes, an inbox, reports and optional industry tools.
Business responsibilities
- Message only customers who have agreed to receive messages from you, and keep a record of that consent.
- Stop messaging anyone who opts out. NavDoot blocks opted-out numbers automatically; do not try to work around this.
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta's terms, and Indian law.
- Do not promote prohibited items (including weapons, drugs, tobacco, alcohol where restricted, adult content, or financial schemes) or send misleading content.
- Honour the discount codes and offers you make to your customers through NavDoot.
- You own your customer list and content, and you are the Data Fiduciary for your customers' data.
Meta charges and account status
- Meta charges per message by category. Unless agreed otherwise, the business pays Meta directly through its own WhatsApp Business account. Meta may change its rates.
- Meta decides template approval, sending limits, display-name approval and account quality. RNR is not responsible for messages Meta does not deliver, or for restrictions Meta places on an account.
3. Fees and payment
- RNR fees (setup and plan fees) are as listed on our pricing page or as quoted to you, plus applicable GST.
- NavDoot plans are billed in advance by auto-pay through Razorpay (UPI AutoPay, card or net banking e-mandate). By choosing a plan you authorise RNR to charge the plan fee for each period until you cancel. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
- Other invoices are payable within 7 days unless agreed otherwise. We may pause service for unpaid amounts after notice; sending pauses 3 days after a failed payment until it is paid.
- Fees already paid for a period that has started are not refundable, except as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy or where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including by sending spam, impersonating others, uploading malware, scraping, or trying to access other users' data.
5. Suspension and termination
You may stop using NavDoot at any time; plans can be cancelled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or our WhatsApp and SMS channels at risk, or is required to be closed by law. On closure, businesses may request an export of their data within 30 days, after which it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
- The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted service, since it depends on third parties such as Meta, telecom operators and cloud providers.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or business.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid RNR in the 3 months before the claim, except where law does not allow such a limit.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. If we raise the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 7 days before the new price is charged.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
